Play Patio, a theatre organisation founded by a group of ardent theatre enthusiasts in 2019, has consistently focused on delivering impactful experiences through creative theatre frameworks.
Within the Play Patio’s theatre workshops, we primarily employ a rich arsenal of creative theatre techniques, designed to empower individuals to enhance their personal and social skills through engaging theatre exercises, improvisational activities and games, all under the guidance of seasoned instructors.
These workshops offer a secure and nurturing space for individuals to explore innovative ideas and creativity. We place a strong emphasis on individual development, covering a wide range of crucial areas such as self-awareness, communication skills, stage fear management, confidence building, group dynamics, critical thinking, acting skill, empathy, a sense of oneness, and problem-solving.
Our approach places a strong emphasis on experiential learning within a theatrical setting, fostering imagination, promoting performance opportunity, concentration, and heightened sensory awareness. Furthermore, it nurtures the development of essential life skills that significantly enrich both personal and social aspects of one's life.
